What is SuperBid?
SuperBid is an exciting bidding event that runs ONLY one hour in every Wednesday from 12noon to 1pm.


Who can bid?
All Lelong.com.my members who had completed their handphone verification.


Who offer the items in Superbid?
It is offer by Interbase Resources Sdn Bhd (Lelong.com.my)


Are all the items offered in SuperBid genuine?
Of course, there are all genuine & authentic products.


Any reserve price set for each item? Reserve auction?
Bidding starts from RM1 with no reserve price.


When can I start to bid?
User can start to bid from 12noon every Wednesday.


When will the bidding close?
Bidding will close on a staggered basis starting from 12.45pm to 1pm
All auction close time will auto extend until there is no bid for one minute.


How do I know if I had won the item?
Successful bidder will receive a winning notification email from superbid@lelong.com.my


Is it really a good deal?
Of course, all below the recommended retail price(RRP)


How do I pay if I win the item?
Successful winner can pay through M2U/Internet GIRO or MASTER/VISA card only. We DO NOT accept bank-in/counter/machine deposit.


Do I need to pay immediately after winning the item?
You are encouraged to do so. However, you have a period of 5 working days to complete the payment. If payment is not made within the stated period, your account in Lelong & Superbid will be suspended immediately.


How SuperBid delivers the item to me?
We will use POSLAJU to deliver or deliver by suppliers directly. The parcel tracking number will be provided after item is sent.


How long will it take to receive the item?
We will deliver the item within seven (7) working days after the payment is received.


Who pays the shipping fees?
Succesful bidder must pay for shipping & handling fees and the rates are different for Peninsular & East M’sia. The fee is clearly stated in the product description page.


Can I self-collect at your office?
Yes, but buyer must make an appointment with us at least 3 working days before. Walk-in buyer without appointment will not be entertained.


Can I request to change the color or model of the won item?
No. Item is as per displayed in the SuperBid site & is not exchangeable with equivalent cash or other color/size/model, unless otherwise stated in the product description page.


Can I refuse to pay if I won the item?
Yes, but please be informed your account with Lelong & Superbid will be suspended immediately no matter how reasonable is your excuse.


Can I help my friend(s) to bid?
You are not advised to bid on behalf of your friends/family. If there’s any dispute, we will suspend your account, but not your friends/family. Get them to register in SuperBid & you stand a chance to win CASH RM100 for referring one friend.


Can I suggest my favorite item to SuperBid?
Yes, we appreciate user comments very much and you are welcome to suggest any item to us under SuperBid I WANT!! page.



Can I preview what are the items being offered in the coming weeks?
Sure, the preview of upcoming items will be updated in SuperBid site on every Friday.

Good job guys! I'm gonna love this program. Perhaps the Lelong site traffic will be crowded during the SuperBid event. Ah well, I can't wait to see what's coming to the launch, first week of SuperBid.
