One day a general go front line to visit his soldier

When he reach front line, come a soldier:

Soldier: "Sir, that is a sniper at front 20 meter. The sniper shooting is poor. He already shoot a lot but non if it hit us"

General Shout: "Why you all go front there and kill him !"

Soldier: "you crazy ar!!! Later there replace another sniper with good shooting skill"

Moral:
The higher position doesn't mean he has good skill/idea.

They should just shoot the General and replace him then.....
